On Young Children

After being employed in the business world, completing four degrees in higher education, practicing midwifery and working in a variety of capacities in the fields of early childhood care and education, I have arrived here. I am a professor of Early Childhood Education at Greenfield Community College, mother to two grown children, grandmother to a new baby, and active community volunteer. My special passions are advocating for family child care providers and bringing the arts into young children’s lives. My tastes in chocolate are global; favoring 80% cocoa from the region of the Equator and best enjoyed accompanied with pop-country music.
